Leo Bailey
Leo graduated from Hampton University
with a degree in Biological Sciences in 2010. His prior experiencing
includes work as a anesthesia technician and working as a basic science
lab technician at the Ohio State University. He plans on becoming a
physician specializing in emergency medicine, orthopedics, or neurology.
He became a scribe in 2010.

Alaina Copsey
Alaina splits her time between
volunteering as a member of the Isle of Wight rescue squad and scribing.
She earned her Bachelor's degree in biology from Christopher Newport
University in 2010. She plans to become either a radiologist or an
emergency medicine physician. She began scribing in 2010. |

Constance Foreman
Constance is
currently enrolled in the Master's in Medical Science program at Hampton
University. She completed her undergraduate studies at St. Mary's
College of Maryland. She became a Scribe in
2009

Jarad Francis
Jarad completed a
post-baccalaureate premedical certificate program at American University
before beginning scribing in 2010. He completed his undergraduate
education at James Madison University where he earned a degree in
Finance. He is a native to Hampton Roads, and he plans to become a
physician, like his father.

Richard Higham-Kessler
Richard earned a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science with a minor in
French from Emory University in 2009. During his time there, he also
served as president of his chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon and competed for
two years as a member of the Track and Field team. He has previously
worked as a research associate enrolling patients in clinical studies at
the Sentara Norfolk General Emergency Department. He has also served as
on-site physician support during the implementation of electronic
medical records systems at Sentara Norfolk General, Virginia Beach
General, Obici, and Williamsburg Hospitals as well as the Bon Secours
Richmond Community and St. Mary's Hospitals. He began scribing in 2009
and became chief scribe in 2010.

Courtney Hill
Courtney earned a Master's degree in Medical Science from Hampton
University in 2010. She completed her undergraduate studies at Cameron
University in 2006, majoring in chemistry with a minor in biology. Her
prior experience includes working as a Ward Clerk and ED Registration
Coordinator in her hometown of Lawton, Oklahoma. She plans to become a
doctor of osteopathic medicine specializing in emergency medicine. In
addition to scribing for Peninsula Emergency Physicians, she feeds the
homeless at her church. She
became a Scribe in 2009.

Kimberly Milliff
Kimberly graduated from the College of William and Mary in 2010 with a
major in psychology and a minor in kinesiology. She began scribing in
2010 after previously serving as an intern in the Johnston Memorial
Blood Bank and Laboratory. She has also volunteered at Johnston Memorial
Hospital. She plans to pursue a career as a doctor of osteopathic
medicine specializing in sports medicine. |
