Nisha R. Breard, MMS, PA-C
Nisha earned a
Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Psychology from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, which
was followed by a Master of Science degree in Biological Sciences at
Louisiana Tech University. She then received a Bachelor of Science
degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Louisiana State
University. She is certified by the National Commission on
Certification of Physician Assistants. Her memberships include the
American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of
Physician Assistants.
She joined PEP
in 2005.

Kendra N. Eveler,
MS, PA-C
Kendra was awarded
her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Pennsylvania State University
and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has received her
certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician
Assistants and is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants.
She
joined PEP in 2007.

Eugene B.
Hileman, MMS, PA-C
Eugene received a Bachelor
of Science degree from Christopher Newport University and obtained his
education in the Physician Assistant Program at Alderson-Broaddus
College in West Virginia. He is certified by the National Commission on
Certification of Physician Assistants and is also a member of the
American Academy of Physician Assistants. Also, he is an instructor for
Basic Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and Basic
Trauma Life Support. Previously, he was a Respiratory Care Practitioner
and a Paramedic in Hampton Roads.
He joined PEP in
2006.

Nicole K. Lavis,
MMS, PA-C
Nicole earned her Bachelor of
Environmental Science degree from Duke University and was awarded her Master of Science
degree for Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah,
Georgia. She has received certification from the National Commission on
Certification of Physician Assistants. Additionally, she served
four years active duty and two years reserve duty in the U.S. Army. Her
interests include behavioral medicine.
She joined PEP in
2005.

Judy Palmer,
MS, PA-C
Judy received her
Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland, followed by
a Master of Science degree in Education from Troy State University.
Subsequently, she earned her Master of Physician Assistant degree from
Eastern Virginia Medical School. She is certified by the National
Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of
the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants.
She joined PEP in
2008.

Phillip L.
Stange, MMS, PA-C
Phillip graduated from the University of New England in Portland, Maine,
with a Master of Science degree. He is certified by the National
Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.
Additionally, Phillip received designation as a Paramedic by the
National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians and serves as an
instructor in Basic Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support,
and Advanced Cardiac Life Support for the American Heart Association.
He joined PEP in
2006.

PA-C
Mina earned her
Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Virginia Commonwealth University
and her Master of Public Health from Medical College of Virginia. She
then received her Master of Physician Assistant degree from Eastern
Virginia Medical School. She is certified by the National Commission on
Certification of Physician Assistants and a member of the American
Academy of Physician Assistants.
She joined PEP in
