Physician Assistants


We are pleased to include Physician Assistants -- PAs -- in our delivery of health care. They are certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

 

Nisha R. Breard, MMS, PA-C

Nisha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada, which was followed by a Master of Science degree in Biological Sciences at Louisiana Tech University.  She then received a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Louisiana State University.  She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  Her memberships include the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants.

She joined PEP in 2005.

 

Kendra N. Eveler, MS, PA-C

Kendra was awarded her Bachelor of Science in Mathematics at Pennsylvania State University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. She has received her certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of American Academy of Physician Assistants.

She joined PEP in 2007.

 

Sandy K. Han, PA-C

Sandy graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Christopher Newport University and a Master of Physician Assistant degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School.  She is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

She joined PEP in 2008.

 

Nicole K. Lavis, MMS, PA-C

Nicole  earned her Bachelor of Environmental Science degree from Duke University and was awarded her Master of Science degree for Physician Assistant Studies at South University in Savannah, Georgia.  She has received certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.  Additionally, she served four years active duty and two years reserve duty in the U.S. Army. Her interests include behavioral medicine. 

She joined PEP in 2005.

 

Eric D. Poulin, PA-C

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from the Springfield College/Baystate Health Systems Physician Assistant Program.  He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

He joined PEP in 2008.
